A lifelong resident of southern West Virginia, I have over 20 years experience in commercial real estate development. With a professional background that includes the banking industry and commercial construction project management along with real estate sales and leasing expertise I am well prepared to assist you with all facets of your sale or purchase.
I have participated in numerous Economic Development projects including the second phase development of over 100,000 square feet of mixed use office and industrial lease space in seven buildings in Harper Industrial Park, Beckley WV; Excel Homes 102,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Ghent, WV, American Foam Technologies manufacturing center in Greenbrier County, WV; along with numerous other development projects.
I also have a long history of community involvement. I am currently a member of the Beckley Raleigh County Chamber of Commerce (1993-present) and a workgroup moderator for the Economic Development Committee (current). A past Community Relations Vice President of the
